Grooming Cancellation Policies

Due to an increasing number of individuals who fail to show for their grooming appointments or are significantly late to such, AllPets Animal Clinic will be implementing several changes to the grooming policy effective January 1, 2019. These changes are as follows:

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you to cancel a grooming appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. If a client is a no call/no show more than two times, we will remove your pet from the regular schedule and add him/her to the cancellation list. While we do understand that unexpected issues can occur without much notice, please notify us as soon as possible in an emergency circumstance.

 

  • LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

If a pet arrives ½ hour after the scheduled appointment time, a late fee of $10.00 will be added to the grooming charge at time of pick-up. Pets arriving later than thirty minutes after their appointment will likely be rescheduled.
